Fan Case
Designed to replace an existing steel case. The product had to withstand a load of 90kg, at the centre without critical deformation maintaining a maximum weight of 1.2 KG . Several concepts were produced and tested using FEA software. The final designed fulfil the requirements and proved a cost saving alternative and safer product that the current steel case.
